To help clean up the audio in Audacity and make things sound way cleaner, follow these 5 basic steps:

  1. Equalize in Filter Curve EQ (using the preset made from the video)
  2. Normalize (-1dB)
  3. Compress
    1. Threshold of -20dB
    2. Make-up gain of 3dB
    3. Knee width of 5db
    4. Ratio of 2 or 3
  4. Normalize
  5. Limiter
    1. Threshold of -5db

Then it’s trimming dead air and stutters.
