traits (my experience)
- stressful
- not rewarding or satisfying by itself (not ever enough)
- can lead to “useful” results or improving the skill though
- physically and/or mentally exhausting
- feeling of being forced into something by their own brain
- feeling of being in a cage
- can be used to avoid doing actually important tasks
- can be transformed into calm, less intense hobby
- not present since the very childhood, often only for few years (maybe with pauses)
